The Rizoma clip-on handlebars (Ø 22 mm) are made of billet AI6082T6-aluminum, the surface is refined by a high-quality anodic oxidation treatment (black). The electrolytic oxidation is a method of surface technology for producing an oxide protective layer on aluminum by anodic oxidation. This layer has a protective function against corrosion and the use of organic pigments produces a product coloration at the molecular level, which ensures a long-lasting appearance and resistance to weathering over time. The Rizoma Clip-On handlebars should only be assembled by qualified dealers.

The handlebar middle section (Ø 29 mm) is made of Q345 steel, which receives a better protection against climatic influences by a sandblast and cataphoresis treatment. The steel is then subjected to liquid painting (RAL 9005 glossy). For the perfect execution only high quality materials are used and a longer drying time is kept.
